I think you have already noticed this yourself – blogs are a platform for self-expression and posting (practically) any materials that seemed interesting to visitors of the Stopgame website.ru. Appeared in its current form ~10 years ago, together with the previous redesign, and experienced the greatest activity in the period until 2015. Now they are in some kind of “decline” – which is what the efforts of the administration of the site/this blog are aimed at correcting.
Purpose of the section
Record. Publish. Draw attention to potentially interesting materials appearing in the bowels of the site. Unfortunately, due to the specifics of the site itself and the policy of promoting materials, blog content is currently not receiving additional distribution, often getting lost in the flow of new materials. The task of the "Archive" is to systematize it and re-present it to the public, giving a second chance to unfairly forgotten blogs.
Site history
Brief summary of the development of the site:
Recent history. Chronicle of the redesign, topics of questions and suggestions:
You can knock on the last three blogs if you have discovered critical errors or have acquired a bright idea to improve the site. Alternative – PM friend Alexey Ermolaev (saws redesign).
How to get to the "Archive"
With the exception of a few hidden criteria, there are no other criteria to get into.
Tips for writing blogs
In addition to the standard “choose a topic that interests you and try to cover it comprehensively,” do not forget about the rules for publishing on the site:
Rules for publishing video materials – without complying with this, in 90% of cases, the material will be deleted without explanation;
Also, if you are not sure https://mr-spin.co.uk/ how to properly and beautifully break into blogs/improve your blog and everything like that:
Old guide to using the editor – lost relevance with redesign, but still contains some hidden features.
A couple of personal tips:
Don’t try to write, speak – if you yourself don’t like listening to the sentence, then the reader won’t like it either;
No need for Wikipedia – if the blog is not aimed at this, there is no need to clutter it with too much specificity;
Tips for reading blogs
Here let me quote my friend Anoname:
Firstly, you definitely need to focus on the design, not the content.
Secondly, you definitely need to get to the number of letters, and not the message embedded in them.
Thirdly – if the author accepts criticism and wants to do better, then you definitely need to pester him even more so that he definitely gets out of here and never comes back.
Fourthly – even if you are too lazy – you must put a minus on the sly, and let the author guess where he messed up and what he was wrong about.
Fifthly – if, God forbid, you liked what you read – shut up and keep it to yourself.
Well, but seriously – be more tolerant to the shoals of people who are trying to do something, unless you are Kulakov the Infallible. I’m not saying that you need to put the brakes on everything, but before you push, think and choose the right form for criticism.
Believe me, this is exactly the case when the road to hell is paved with good intentions – how many ambitious authors left here for the listed reasons.
Traditionally, this month there are three ways:
Friday mower
You write a blog, wait for Friday, watch Infact. As a result of the editor’s choice, you receive honor, respect, publication on the site’s resources and a mower on your Steam wallet. Particularly talented people used to get a place in the site’s editorial team, but now this initiative seems to have been abolished.
